We offer same-day availability in most cases. Book before 11am and we'll do our best to attend the same day. MSP partners with SLA agreements receive priority dispatch.
For home users and businesses, there may be a small call-out fee depending on location — this is quoted upfront before we attend. MSP partners have a flat hourly rate from portal-on.
We operate on a no fix, no fee basis for most issues. If we diagnose the problem but can't fully resolve it (e.g., hardware failure requiring parts), we'll only charge for the diagnostic time and provide a clear quote to proceed.
